From 1-40 West take exit 281 for Miami Boulevard. Keep right at the fork, follow signs for US-70 and merge onto South Miami Boulevard. Turn left to South Mineral Springs Road. Turn right at Wake Forest Highway. Turn right at at Lick Creek Lane.

From Chapel Hill

Follow North Fordham Boulevard/US15-501 North. Take exit 178 for US 70 East toward Raleigh/RDU Airport. Merge onto US70 Bypass East. Take the NC-98 exit toward Durham/WakeForest. Turn right on Holloway Street/NC98/Wake Forest Highway. Continue to follow NC98/Wake Forest Highway. Turn right at Lick Creek Lane.

From Southwest Durham

Head east on NC751/University Drive toward Hope Valley Road. Continue to follow University Drive. Slight left at West Cornwallis Road. Turn left at South Roxboro Street. Turn right at East Lawson Street. Turn left at Fayetteville Street. Continue on North Elizabeth Street. Turn right at Holloway Street. Continue on Wake Forest Highway. Turn right at Lick Creek Lane.
