Consulting for Small Business Start Ups

Need help starting your business? SCORE offers free consulting sessions at Main Library every Tuesday from 4 - 7 p.m. in the library's computer lab. Registration is required. To register log in to raleigh.score.org or call 919-856-4739.

In addition to the weekly sessions at Main, SCORE will be holding small-business workshops at several library locations. Registration is required for these as well. Please visit http://raleigh.score.org/localworkshops to register. (Note: Registration is only available for workshops in the near future. Registration will open at a later date for future workshops.)

How to Start and Stay in Business
Covers the basics of identifying a business opportunity and how to prepare a winning business plan. Also provides guidance on selecting the right market demographics and raising the capital needed to launch your business.
